Return & Refund Policy
At Bubbles n’ Bath, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are personal-care and body-care products, we follow certain hygiene and safety requirements when handling returns and exchanges.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.
For hygiene and safety reasons, body scrubs and other personal-care products cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or do not like the fragrance after opening or using the product.
Products may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product arrived damaged
- The product arrived leaking or significantly damaged during transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Your order is incomplete or an item is missing
2. Condition of Returned Products
Where a return is approved, the product must generally:
- Be unused and unopened
- Remain in its original packaging
- Include the original product and packaging where applicable
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase/order information
Bubbles n’ Bath reserves the right to refuse a return where the product has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or does not meet the applicable return conditions.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 – 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Your name and contact information
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- A photograph/video showing the issue, where applicable
This information helps us investigate the issue with the courier and determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will be subject to the applicable return/refund conditions.
5. Refused or Undelivered Orders
If an order is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable, additional delivery or return charges may apply where applicable.
Any refund in such circumstances will be considered after the parcel is returned to Bubbles n’ Bath and after applicable delivery/return costs are assessed.
